1.0Das Hotel ist ganz ordentlich. Die Lage ist ganz gut. Das Restaurant hat ein vernünftiges Angebot - allerdings haben wir ohne Frühstück gebucht und waren deshalb am 2. Tag außerhalb des Hotels beim Frühstück (im „La Tradicional“), und das war die richtige Entscheidung. Im Hotel gab es am Anreisetag einen kleinen Begrüssungscocktail und einen 10%-Rabatt auf das Abendessen im Hotelrestsurant. Großartig!
− Leider ist das Hotel doch schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Und zweimaliges Wasserabschalten einfach nicht hinnehmbar. Warum an einem Sonntag Renovierungsarbeiten erforderlich sind, erschließt sich mir nicht. Aber daher war zur Checkliste-Zeit kein Wasser im Badezimmer verfügbar (Waschbecken, WC). Als Problemlösung wurde Zähneputzen in einem anderen noch nicht gereinigten Zimmer ermöglicht. Das finde ich eklig und nicht adäquat. Interessant ist, dass dieses Zimmer bei gleicher Austattung deutlich größer ist; man bekommt also über Booking mögl.-Weise nicht immer das beste Angebot … Alles hätte insgesamt eine „8“ erlaubt, ich gebe wegen der negativen Kritik eine „1“.
