9.0− The TV channels is very limited, and when you find a movie to watch and you stop it for any reason, it has to start from the beginning all over again not from where you stopped.
The best Hampton Inn & Suites we have ever stayed at!
10.0The property was in a great location next to plenty of restaurants within walking distance. It is centrally located between Prescott and Jerome so it is easy to get anywhere you need to go. It was also very clean, fully stocked and the staff was very friendly.
− The only thing we didn’t like goes back to Hampton/Hilton and not the location itself. We have a small 10 pound Chiweenie that is disabled, travels in a shoulder bag and is toilet trained- yes, toilet trained. So paying $75 for a pet fee seems extreme.
The hotel was fine but overpriced, Booking.com will not be my first choice for future travel.
9.0Perfect location for our trip, room was clean and perfectly functional.
− It was greatly overpriced for a Hampton Inn and I didn’t get the best rate from Booking.com. Also I received a bogus message from booking .com regarding the required wearing of face masks due to CDC RECOMMENDATIONS which was complete fiction & almost caused me to cancel my reservation.
I’d come back again!
10.0We traveled with a team and spent a lot of time in the lobby together. The property was clean. The breakfast was good. The rooms were comfortable. Staff was nice.
