1.0− Ants in the room, mold on shower curtain, A/C was struggling to cool. Was told they would give me Marriott Bonvoy bonus points for my bad stay and never received them. Indoor pool chlorine was super strong and made my kids eyes very red and burning.

3.0− Booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it was broken. The very nice lady at the front desk said I could use the one at Courtyard which is in the same parking lot, but there's was broken also. Room was so so, the bathtub was dirty and the pillows were definitely well used. Very flat and not comfortable. At breakfast all the "hot" food was still cold especially the eggs and the juice machine was broken. Pretty pricey for just a bed.

− The front desk personnel didn’t stop eating while she checked us in. Breakfast was not available because staff didn’t show up

− Check in time was 3 hours later than scheduled check in! Should have been able to check in at 3p. Arrived at 550pm and rooms weren't ready till 610p.
