4.0Bathroom door too hard to open. Lady cannot open. If alone she could have been stuck there. No tea in room only coffee. Cups too small. Club lounge was great food. But no chilli sauce availabke. Staff poor english speaking. View of river from window was FANTASTIC.

10.0The young lady at checkin was very helpful, friendly and professional. I like the hotel a lot. Will stay here again next time when I visit Wuhan in future. The clean lady was a responsible person I can tell. Thank you!
