Second time I’ve used the hotel and the staff are always very friendly and helpful.
10.0Nice and close to Haneda airport and right next to a subway station. Good breakfast as well.

10.0Queda un poco lejos del centro de Tokyo, pero realmente por el tamaño de la habitación no importa y debajo del hotel hay una estación de metro que te lleva a todos lados
Not good, not bad.
7.0The location was good, nearby convenience stores, subway. The staff was nice.
− It was a bit dirtier than I expected. The bed frame and curtains had stains on them, we asked to replace the hair dryer because it had dirt in it that it started to smell like burnt.

10.0The place and the view are amazing. The breakfast and common areas 5 stars. I love it.
− The AC was working all night even though we tried to switch it off
