Echt gerade noch für ein drei Sternehotel. Vier Sterne völlig überbewertet
7.0Das asiatisch stamige Personal ist sehr freundlich.
− Wir fahren seit zwölf Jahren in dieses Hotel und haben bemerkt, dass es von Jahr zu Jahr schlechter wird. Dieses Jahr haben wir definitiv das letzte Mal gebucht. Die Zimmer sind schmutzig, die Badeanlage wird überhaupt nicht von Unrat beziehungsweise Nadeln der Bäume befreit. An einen Umbau bzw. Sanierung denkt ebenso keiner. Das Personal an der Rezeption war extrem unfreundlich. Wir sind mit unserer fünfjährigen Tochter angereist, wir durften zwar 30 € auf zahlen, haben aber dafür nicht einmal eine eigene Handtuchausrüstung für Sie erhalten. Das Rezeption Personal hat sich geweigert, die Badetücher zurückzubringen und meinte ich soll da selber runtergehen. Wie gesagt, es wird Zeit, dass man denen zumindest einen Stern entzieht. Es reicht gerade noch für ein drei Sternehotel aus.
