Mosquito breeding around Grand Pool room

Firstly don’t take room around the “Grand Pool”. They scam you with a swamp breeding mosquito. Extremely unhygienic and they don’t give mosquito repellent.

Great place to stay. This lovely hotel complex has been perfect for us (family of 4 with 19 and 22 yr olds) It’s perfect

This hotel is perfectly situated for the beach and restaurants and bars in the day and evening. It’s peaceful and the staff are just so so lovely, As are all the Thai people we have come across I was a little concerned when I saw some recent reviews but I have no idea how anyone could say the staff were rude . I’d stay here again in an instant. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day and the buffet breakfast was really good. Happy hour cocktai on the beach front watching the sunset and the long tail boats go by was a nice little routine we got into. You won’t be disappointed, it’s just lovely

I recently stayed at Krabi Resort and honestly, it felt like a little slice of paradise. We booked the Tropical Pool Villa, and walking into the room for the first time was one of those “wow, this is unreal” moments. The villa was spacious, beautifully designed, and had such a relaxing tropical vibe. The private pool and sunbathing area were the highlight for me. Waking up, stepping straight outside, and having our own peaceful space to swim and lounge in the sun was absolute luxury. The resort itself is huge, so the buggy transport was a lifesaver and super convenient. There are also two outdoor pools, both great if you want a change of scenery, but the real magic is the private beach right at the back of the villa area. Being able to walk out and see the sea just steps away, especially during sunset, was something special. Quiet, beautiful, and not overcrowded. Would definitely go back 💛🌴

Cancel if you can Booked a Luxury Grand Pool Room, it was anything but Luxury, Bed linen was oils and worn out with holes in, The curtains and walls were filthy with dead flies squashed in them , the patio had a view of a man made stream that was nearly dried up except for the sewage that was pumped into it regularly which of course smelt horrendous so we couldn’t sit out there or have door , the view was overgrown trees and bushes full of mosquitos , the patio furniture was old and worn out , the whole room smelt of mould and was dark and dingy The breakfast area reminded me of a scout camp We did complain but was tol it was full and no other apartments available

Apartment was old smelt musty and damp very dark Stained curtains and cushions stained worktops. Patio had dirty cushions was by pipes stunk of sewage And that was the luxury room 😩 Breakfast not brilliant very cheap no flavour. Only good thing was location and beach.

Horrible experience. We paid for the Luxury Grand Pool view room and received a room with no view on 1st floor and nothing like the photo depicted on your website. After speaking with representatives they moved me to two other rooms which also did not look like the photos online. When asked where that room was, no one had an answer and said "it was under construction". It was obvious the resort was way over booked with numerous people complaining they did not get the room they paid for. Once we had to settle in a room which looked like the basic deluxe room with a pool view, it had numerous issues. I did not even waste my time trying to address it, but you should be aware. The safe had no batteries and was not working, chair was broken, remote control had electrical tape, shower was rusty, and roaches everywhere etc. The photos online on their website of the rooms are very deceiving and not accurate. The resort is very outdated and needs serious renovation. The only positive is the location, which is on beach and walking distance to everything. Save your money and go somewhere else, or you will be disappointed.
