GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE PATRICIA!
6.0I travel for business frequently and my last visit was in May 2025. They seem to have new management and I had the pleasure of meeting Patricia a Customer Service Manager. Patricia does an amazing job with assisting guests and making you feel at home. She does her best to meet your needs and I observed her go over and beyond to help guests. She's probably the most professional individual I've dealt with at this hotel in all the years I've visited. I will sa, that there's no breakfast options at the hotel and the bar and grill is no longer open, which was a disappointment. The hotel is trying to clean up and do some renovations but not yet completed.
Worst ever do not stay there enter at your own risk this place is nasty and very unsafe they allow drugs

2.0They had roaches crawling all on the bed the bathtub and on the sink it was disgusted and I did not appreciate it and when I went and go check out it wasn't nobody there working the front desk I want my money back I'm pissed off about it
