− The room did not have any exterior windows. The windows opened onto an interior corridor of the hotel. The bathroom was leaking. Despite numerous requests, face towels were not provided on any of the days.

− No tienen un lugar para que los fumadores puedan ir, así que las personas que no fuman como los niños tienen que estar inhalando mi hija solo me decía porque ese olor fue muy desagradable Tienen que tener una Área de no fumar.
