10.0Room was clean, staff was friendly. Brought two toddlers with me, staff was super friendly toward my kids. No deposit fee which was amazing. Will definitely be staying again.

8.0Front desk staff person was good. Ants around and in the bathtub. Water faucet in tub had half inch gap. Found insect in the room. Requested a move and staff obliged. No problems in the new room. Other than that it was a good stay.

8.0The sink drained very slowly. It took forever to drain. Overall, the place was clean, quiet, and nice.
Comfortable and friendly
10.0We were in town for a wedding. Customer service was amazing from the front desk, to breakfast service, and the cleaning staff. Beds were comfortable and a/c unit worked great. Hotel was fairly quiet we couldn’t even hear the nearby freeway.
