2.0Very disappointing experience. The room had a strong unpleasant smell when we arrived, and we found hair on the bed, which made us question the cleanliness of the room. The most concerning issue was that housekeeping left our front door open after cleaning the room. This was a serious security concern, as anyone could have entered while we were away. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations. We expected much better standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and guest safety. Unfortunately, we would not choose to stay here again.

1.0This place needs to have better cleaning facilities cockroaches in bathrooms, dirty floors, smelled REALLY BAD, and dirty pool.
