− The reception staff 'Moira' & concierge staff 'Ahmed'. In spite of leaving message that my guest would be arriving earlier than me, had to send a further email to the reception email address confirming this again. I had phoned on the direct line and eventually put thru to the concierge Ahmed. In spite of repeatedly explaining that my guest was currently with reception & I wanted to check if there still any issues with her checking in, he refuse to forward my call, simply repeating that he was a concierge & the reception staff were busy with check in staff. It felt as if he did not want neither listen or help. When I arrived I found Moira speaking ver fast, as if over me & came across as quite cold, looking down at me as she said she needed to see my I.D.first.even after providing my room card she did not bother telling g me which floor or the location of the elevators.

9.0The room was very clean and bathroom with its modern fittings were extremely nice. Especially loved the shower panel. The coffee machine was an additional delight. Housekeeping was super with both the room n bathrm made spotless.Laundry service was very quick too. The location is very central to restaurants, theaters and the sights are just 2 sibway stops away. The subway of russel square is just a 2min walk. Will definitely recommend.
