Just OK. Overpriced
5.0Room was OK, location was convenient (coming from CO to TX)
− The woman at the desk when we arrived was miserable and less than helpful. Your rack rate for the night was way overpriced, and we had to sit in the lobby and book through Booking.com to get a decent rate (ridiculous!). I'm not high maintenance, just know good processes and customer service and we had neither.
