Pleasantly Surprised and will be returning
10.0I was pleasantly surprised by Hilton Garden Inn near the Airport. First plenty of parking even though the hotel was close to full. The front desk staff in the late evening were helpful.Tanya on the morning shift was able to assist me in the morning with the checkout and directions. There was plenty of room and seating both in the lobby and the courtyard to chat with friends. Breakfast was fairly priced and Jozy had my special order prepared with a smile. We will be returning the next time we are in Indy.
Great staff and clean accommodations
10.0This was a unscheduled stop for me that was a great experience. I arrived early at 10am and was immediately provided a very clean room with an unexpected fridgerator at no extra cost The staff was extremely friendly including the front desk manager Tanya. I also meet the maintenance technician James several times during the. Day who was extremely nice and highlighted the fact that he takes great pride in his work keeping the entire hotel clean and running smoothly. I highly recommend this hotel.
HGI Indy Airport
10.0Whenever I'm in Indy, I stay at the HGI Indy Airport. I always enjoy the breakfast and talking with Pam.
Lovely Tanya!
10.0I had a lovely experience given a monkey wrench in my travel plans. Tanya was particularly kind when I needed help with getting my phone charged. She could tell I was stressed and she was so nice to listen to me and provide suggestions. Next time I'm in Indianapolis and stuck because of a canceled flight, I'll definitely be staying here again.
