8.0Neat and tidy room with basic kitchen. Location ideal ( visiting Mlb Uni) and st top end of town. 10 min walk to China town

loved Melbourne and all it had to offer except the hotel accommodation.
4.0The cleaning staff were great the room was serviced every day. The location was great close to the markets and trams. No meals were available.
− The outside appearance was quite dirty and not very well signed. The reception staff were quite rude not at all helpful. asked reception to order a taxi for our early departure this could not be done because reception finished at 12 I have travelled quite a lot and never had this problem. I will never stay there again and will never recommend this hotel.
