7.0Die Lage nähe Gendarmenmarkt. Das nette Persona überall: Rezeption, Bar, beim Frühstück oder die Zimmerreinigung.
− Etwas abgewohnt. Frühstück mit Luft nach oben. Der Kochschinken roch nicht mehr so frisch. Viele kleine Fruchtfliegen schwirrten herum.

5.0− Digitale Rezeption und QR-Code zur Bestellung des Reinigungsservice mag personelle Resourcen schonen und für Geschäftsreisende mit Termindruck passabel sein. Für mich als Gast in einem 4-Sterne Hotel empfand ich dies sehr anonym. Eine Bewertung von Personal ist schlichtweg nicht möglich, da ich geringsten Kontakt mit Personal hatte, die letztendlich nur Anweisungen gaben, wie die Terminals zu bedienen seien. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig. Doch sah manches nicht so super frisch aus ( Senf angetrocknet ebenso der Humus)
