9.0Obrovský pokoj, prakticky byt se třemi balkony, pěkný udržovaný vazén, jídlo
− Vana se sprchovým závěsem, hromady pouziteho nadobi venku po snacku, nevysypane koše, v jidelne velmi pomalu odnášeli nádobí pri jídle na terase, zbytečné maličkosti, které škodí. Je to o managementu.

4.0El bar piscina; tenía muchas alternativas
− No se corresponde con un hotel de cinco estrellas ni con el precio que pagamos. La pulsera del todo incluido no la entregan hasta las 15:00 y no tienen ni un minuto de cortesía ni al finalizar el servicio del bar de la piscina ni en las copas del bar por la noche. Lo mejor es, precisamente, el snack de la piscina. Los restaurantes apenas ofrecen algo diferente respecto a ese servicio, por lo que no compensan. Además, quienes compran un Day Pass pagan bastante menos y disfrutan prácticamente de lo mejor del hotel.

The rooms in Grand Muthu Golf Plaza Hotel will no longer have free use of the kitchen area. All the customers, who wish to use the kitchen, must request it at the reception and pay a fee of 5€ per day for the whole stay, uninterruptedly. We will continue to offer the facility of a fridge and some utensils outside the kitchen area.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
