Great hotel with wonderful staff in an excellent location
10.0I absolutely loved this hotel. It is situated directly in the heart of town so that you have beautiful views and can walk to everything in just a few minutes. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Micole at the front desk was particularly kind. They accepted my service animal and even provided a new dog bed, food and dog bowl in my room for her which was above and beyond. The hotel offers excellent activities for its guests and I highly recommend doing the hut lunch that you can either hike or take the bus and have a lovely prepared meal and drinks at the foot of the Dolomites. And don’t miss the lovely spa and pool. Parking on site was very helpful. And I signed up for the half board so dinner was included in my stay and the food was excellent. Highly recommended!!!!

9.0Mycket bra hotell, centralt i Ortisei och bra kvalitet på allt som erbjuds. Cecilia vid receptionen är mycket snäll och hjälpsam, och svara på alla frågor. Bra frukost. Fantastiska middagar under hela vistelsen, med raw varor av hög kvalitet och av sydtyrols traditionella maträtter. Den unga mannen som serverade är mycket duktig och service inriktad, mycket bra kundbemötande.
