10.0The staff was extremely friendly during the check-in and everything during our day was so comfortable. The people come and clean daily and we have new towel every time the bed is very comfortable. I think everything we needed in the hotel is satisfy. it was also a one year anniversary and I asked to make something a little bit special and they did so I’m very thankful for that extra effort.24 hour concierge is appreciated. The buffet also very good. Good night option, but expect Intercontinental style, but the staff is very friendly.
− I wish there is wireless tap to our room key in the front door so we can get in the hotel without ringing the bell when we come out late night.
