When in Rome, Universo is the Best!
9.0The hotel location was perfect for us near the train terminal in rome, and a 10 mins nice walk to into the ZTL area of rome. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. the breakfast is very rich and tasty, with a live station for eggs/omelets. There are also very nice/tasty restaurants around it, so no worries about eating well.

− Anomala richiesta di deposito al check in, superiore al costo delle 3 notti pattuite, motivazione additata, se poi fai colazione (che non era compresa )se bevi qualcosa dal frigobar, se rompi qualcosa...sulle condizioni di vendita c'è però scritto: non è richiesto pagamento anticipato, segnala eventuali richieste di pagamento che ricevi prima del soggiorno ed evita di cliccare su link di pagamento. Al check out pago e mi consegnano lo scontrino con la cifra esatta ma la carta di credito rimane bloccata con la cifra superiore del check-in dal 25/08, data del check-in, al 31/08, data del check out. Viene sbloccata solo il 1/09 con la cifra corretta. A mia richiesta di spiegazioni dicono che loro hanno prelevato la cifra corretta e che dipende dalla banca. Mi consegnano una busta con gli scontrini dicendo che se ho ancora problemi posso rivolgermi a loro e mi indicano il nome e che se torno mi fanno l'upgrade...La pulizia non era l' ideale. Polvere sugli scaffali e 1 pelo appeso al rubinetto del lavandino e 2 peli a terra sul piano doccia.
