Modern comfort for a reasonable price
10.0Excellent location for Roma Termini, comfortable true four star modern hotel. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed. The air conditioning works! None of the annoying features (but also little of the historic charm) of many Italian hotels. Nice rooftop bar.

5.0− 办理入住时前台工作人员的服务态度冷漠，让我们非常不适。我们的护照已经完成复印，工作人员仍花费很长时间反复翻看证件。房费我们已提前付清，对方起初要求我们缴纳150欧元押金。Apple Pay绑定卡片因限额未能扣款，我们提出更换一张Visa卡支付押金后，他又突然告知无需缴纳押金。 入住期间我们留意到其他住客都没有被收取押金。押金政策执行标准前后不一，我们有理由怀疑酒店依据国籍区别对待客人，在入住流程中遭受了差别对待。恳请酒店说明收取押金的判定标准。
