Great hotel
10.0We had a lovely stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything, with shops, restaurants and main attractions all within easy walking distance. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We felt very comfortable here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We would happily stay here again! 😊
Air conditioning not working
1.0The rooms did not have air conditioner. The receptionist tried to make the air flow get cold, but did not succeed. He said there are no other rooms so he said to stay in the hot room. It was 35 degrees hot in Rome in August. Next day the owner lady said she will refund me. I had to find a new room in another hotel for my dad in August in Rome after 20 h flight.
− I did not like that the money for my dad’s room is still not returned. I did not like that the receptionist man said they have no other rooms while the owner next day said there were other rooms and it was a mistake. I spent so much effort on this, and the hotel still did not refund me. They said they sent the money back for my dad’s room. They did not.
