10.0Vi bodde här även 2024 och var nöjda. Nu oktober 2026 ännu nöjdare. Det var som att hotellet och rummet var ännu mera fräscht. Kanske hade det målats om. Trevlig personal. Bra frukost. Området Lorenzo är lugnare och inte alls turistiskt. Däremot många kvartersrestauranger som serverar italienska rätter till billigare pris än i city. Mycket ungdomar i området eftersom bl a universitet finns här. Bra kommunikationer. 600 meter till Termini, järnvägsstationen och bussar till flygplatsen. Stationen Tiburtina ligger bara 20 min gång från Hotellet. Lokala bussar går ofta och trafikerar nära hotellet som tar dig in i "smeten". Gångväg från Colloseum 20-25 min.

7.0La struttura si trova in una posizione molto comoda rispetto alla stazione di Roma Termini, raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Lo staff è stato incredibilmente cortese e disponibile.
− L’area dedicata alla colazione è organizzata in modo poco funzionale. Nel mio caso, trattandosi di un viaggio di lavoro con tempi piuttosto stretti, ho avuto qualche difficoltà a utilizzare tostapane e macchinette in presenza di altri ospiti. La pulizia è risultata un po’ superficiale, pur senza raggiungere livelli particolarmente problematici.
