9.0Die zentrale Lage war für unseren Städtetrip perfekt. Das Zimmer war hell und freundlich eingerichtet und hatte tollen Charme. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren sehr freundlich und haben tolle Insider-Tipps gegeben.

− Hotellihuone oli neljälle henkilölle liian pieni ja kuuma. Meidät otettiin puoli tuntia myöhässä vastaan. Ylihintainen, kuten suurin osa Rooman hotelleista.

7.0L’hotel ha una localizzazione molto buona per chi viene da Ciampino. 10/15 min da Roma Termini, rendendo molto comodo per chi viaggia giusto per pochi giorni e deve prendere il treno/bus dalla stazione centrale. A pochi passi dal Colosseo e da altri posti turistici. La stanza era piccola però abbastanza per due persone, anche perché abbiamo speso tutto il giorno fuori, quindi ci serviva giustamente per dormire.
− Appena siamo arrivati, siamo stati avvisati dallo staff che l’hotel, per un guasto nelle vicinanze, era senza acqua, il che ha reso il primo giorno un po’ stressante, specialmente dopo una giornata intera in viaggio. Però devo dire che nonostante la situazione, la reception, e tutti dello staff sono stati abbastanza gentili da offrirci la collazione, bottiglie d’acqua e rendere la situazione meno preoccupante. Il giorno successivo l’acqua è tornata e tutti a celebrare. Grazie Bobby e la donna della reception che nonostante la situazione del primo giorno, sono stati gentili e hanno reso la nostra permanenza più accogliente.
