6.0Location, I liked the more traditional hotel vibe.
− Not enough power outlets, the bathtub felt soft to step on, lights were either all on or none on (no control over individual lights, can only turn on the whole room), and bed was comfy but pillows were not. No robe ☹️

cèntric i personal amable. A millorar l'aillament acústic, els detalls i la qualitat de l'esmorzar.
7.0el millor és la ubicació de l'allotjament i l'amabilitat del personal de recepció. El bany és gran i molt net. les tovalloles són de qualitat. L'habitació també té una mida adequada. Em van permetre deixar l'equipatge el dia de la meva sortida fins el vespre a la recepció gratuitament, perquè el meu vol era per la nit. Ho vaig agrair molt per no haver de buscar una consigna d'equipatges a Roma.
− L'habitació tenia molt de soroll del carrer. A més, em van despertar a les 7 del matí un fort soroll que semblava provenir de la dutxa de l'habitació del costat, sembla que les canonades de l'aigua són molt sorolloses. Les habitacions són poc funcionals, no hi ha connexió usb pels mòbils ni adaptadors pels endolls, no hi ha ni un bolígraf per prendre cap nota, al bany només un xampú genèric, sabó de mans i gorro per la dutxa, no hi ha gel de bany, sabatilles de cortesia,etc. Petits detalls que esperes trobar a un 4 estrelles. L'esmorzar, tot i que abundant i variat, no era de gran qualitat ni el que s'espera d'un 4 estrelles. Les begudes, tant el cafè, llet amb cacau , sucs, etc, surten d'una màquina, amb la qual cosa no pots regular la quantitat de llet, sucre, etc que hi vols. Pastes i brioixeria industrial i com a fruita fresca només pomes i un parell de taronges, sense varietat ni fruita pelada. Molt bé els ous remenats i molt bàsica la plata de formatges i embotits.
