Perfect 3 nights overlooking The Pantheon.

I spent an amazing 3 nights at Hotel Abruzzi for a solo trip, as a treat for my birthday. I had a great room on the third floor in the separate building across the square. The room appears to have been renovated recently, it was clean, neutral with beautiful wooden floors and a clean modern bathroom. When I checked in, the lady on the desk provided me with a map of Rome and talked me through some of the must see sights - this was really helpful and I used the map and information throughout my stay. The absolute highlight of this room is the balcony that overlooks the piazza and looks directly at The Pantheon, It was a stunning view. It is in a busy area and therefore quite noisy, but this is to be expected and I just enjoyed the free entertainment - from opera singers to violinists! The doors do block out most of the noise once shut. All the staff are friendly and helpful - I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Rome and the hotel was perfect in every way.

Excellent staff. Beware there is no lift in extra building. We had difficulties with stroller. But if you don't have any baby with you, it will be ok. Heating was perfect for winter time. Housekeeping was very good. You get the breakfast in a hotel-partnered restaurant. The people in restaurant were very good.Although it is not a buffet, they care about what you order. Perfect location. The hotel is in the same square with Pantheon. We didn't use any public transportation vehicles. We were on foot all the time.

Excellent location with Pantheon view rooms

Superb location on Piazza de la Rotanda facing the Pantheon. Tiny lobby on ground level. Very slow elevator on first floor. Very helpful bellman will carry the luggage. Our room was on the fifth floor ( only room on fifth floor) facing the Pantheon. The view is priceless. We slept well with well sound insulated windows. Bathroom with walkin shower with good pressure. Well manged hotel with very friendly, helpful and professional staff. They were very interactive and responsive when our booked room was not ready till the next day and took care of us wonderfully. We had a breakfast included rate however the breakfast is served at a charming restaurant 50 yards away ( this is a new restaurant they are using as there were issues with the previous restaurant). The breakfast was great. We even were able to eat outside one day when the weater cooperated in November. The hotel is really walking distance to everywhere especially if you do not mind walking. We are seniors but had no problem walking to the Vatican, train station, spanish steps, colossium etc. The area is surrounded by walking streets. with literally hundreds of restaurants.

Fantastic hotel in a fantastic location! Beautiful rooms in a hotel right by the Pantheon. I really enjoyed the location and rooms but the best was the accommodating, friendly staff. They showed me hands on how to work things in the room without having to ask. Very comfortable and safe

Loved Our Stay!

Loved our stay here! Fantastic location. Great view of The Pantheon. Restaurants and cafes steps away. We used the hotel shuttle service to get from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port. Very convenient. Loved our breakfast each morning. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Abruzzi!
