10.0El recepcionista un selor mayor fue muy amable y honesto además de que deje mi cartera con dinero y mis tarjetas y me las guardo excelente servicio.
− En la aplicación de booking informa impuesto de 21 euros por la ciudad Pero al pagar en el hotel fue de 54 euros no es clara la información de los impuestos y es una suma bastante distante a la reportada por parte de la app de booking.

8.0Hotel muito bem localizado. O café da manhã é razoável, mas apresenta o básico para começar o dia. Os recepcionistas são atenciosos.

7.0Das Hotel liegt fußläufig 7 Minuten von Termini, ist also perfekt, wenn man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel benutzen möchte. Die Fenster waren so gut wie neu, bei den Fensterläden konnte man die Lamellen händisch verstellen, sehr positiv! Klimaanlage sehr gut
− Der Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert, spielt für mich persönlich jedoch keine Rolle. Es gibt keine Kosmetiktücher oder einen Vergrößerungsspiegel. Der Aufzug rattert unterwegs...da fühlt man sich evtl etwas unwohl

10.0El personal, ja que és molt agradable i la ubicació és perfecte, ja que está al costat de l’estació per venir de l’aeroport i agafar el transport públic de la ciutat.
