Struttura carina ma c’è tanto da migliorare
6.0La struttura si trova in una posizione panoramica molto bella. Esternamente la struttura è carina. Il servizio navetta è molto comodo ed efficiente. I balconcini delle stanze sono molto graziosi.
− Le stanze andrebbero rimodernate e in particolare manca una manutenzione in generale delle stanze. In particolare, il bagno della stanza presentava problematiche: lo scarico del wc caricava l’acqua lentamente e in maniera rumorosa (pertanto bisognava aspettare 15-20 minuti per un nuovo scarico e durante la notte la carica della cassetta comportava un rumore importante che si sentiva nella stanza); il sali scendi della doccia e relativo doccino erano rotti per cui non è stato possibile usufruire di una doccia completa. Sia per la prima problematica che per la secondo abbiamo fatto notare le stesse: per lo scarico del wc il receptionist ha indicato che era normale, per la doccia ci hanno comunicato che avrebbero provveduto e non è stato fatto nulla nelle 3 notti oltretutto dí pernottamento. In generale abbiamo soggiornato in una struttura a 3 stelle… Inoltre il personale è risultato o piacevolmente accogliente o totalmente approssimativo e poco premuroso all’accoglienza clienti.

6.0La nostra camera era ampia, con aria condizionata e un terrazzino esterno. Bella la vista dalla stanza delle colazioni. La navetta con Mimmo è un servizio impeccabile, lui è molto gentile e premuroso.
− L'arredamento e le camere sono un po' datate, il materasso anche andrebbe rinnovato perché scomodo. Forse ci aspettavamo di più dalla colazione e dalla cena: della colazione ci è piaciuta solo la frutta, che era fresca e buona; la cena niente di che.
