9.0The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Capri, just a short walk from the main street and the Piazzetta. The staff were extremely friendly, patient, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was good, and our room was spacious and very comfortable, with separate beds. The bathroom was large, the room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and we also enjoyed having a balcony.
− One important thing to know is that the hotel is not directly accessible by taxi. Taxis and buses drop you off about a 5-minute walk away, and from there you need to walk down to the hotel. Without luggage, the walk is manageable, but with suitcases, especially in 30°C+ heat, it becomes quite difficult. This was our first time visiting Capri, and we had booked the hotel more than seven months in advance. We didn’t realize how useful the luggage transfer service would be. Booking.com did send us information about it after we made the reservation, but by the time we arrived we had completely forgotten about it. I highly recommend using this service, as it allows your luggage to be transported directly between the port and the hotel, making both arrival and departure much easier.
