9.0Ottimo ambiente, dà la percezione di sentirsi in famiglia. Il personale davvero gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima e centrale. La camera molto pulita. Anche la piscina offre tanto relax ai clienti dell’ albergo.

− La camera era buia e defilata . Ci sta che ce ne sia almeno una in una struttura, ma avrei voluto saperlo prima di prenotare.

7.0Ein kleines schnuckeliges Hotel mit Pool. Lage war in Ordnung. Es wurden 2 mal täglich die Handtücher gewechselt, das war super. Am Abend wurde sogar nochmal das Zimmer aufgeräumt.

− O funcionário pode ser mais simpático e gentil. Atendia com educação mas não se propôs a nenhuma indicação ou informação. No retorno incluiu o valor de malas no ferry que não foram solicitadas pela empresa NLG. Expliquei que não foi cobrada na ida mas simplesmente respondeu que tinha que pagar. Em um local como Capri espera- se um cuidado especial com a equipe de um hotel como esse.
