6.0− Struttura non da 4 stelle, personale poco cordiale, inesistenza di un bar ma solo una sorta di servizio take away dove l’unico cibo reperibile sono pringles e arachidi, altissima richiesta giornaliera per il cane (25€!!), piscina esterna piccola, piscine delle terme con acque torbide, servizio ristorante lentissimo e con cibo contato (non abbiamo potuto mangiare la Fiorentina perché a cena c’erano 4 tavoli e hanno servito l’ultima al terzo io avevo prenotato la cena al ristorante una settimana prima..)
