A szoba szép volt, rendezett, mindennap takarítottak, amiben semmi kivetnivaló nem volt. Alapfelszereltség rendben, viszont egy ilyen árkategóriába szerintem egy vízforraló vagy egy alap kávéfőző simán beleférne.

− A személyzet nem túl kedves és probléma esetén nem vagy csak napok múlva többszöri kérésre imtézkedett.

Отсядам за трети път в този хотел. Прекрасен е - нов, реновиран и на самия пристанищен център. Плажа е на 20 метра от хотела. Персонала е изключително вежлив. Препоръчвам го с две ръце.🌸

Nothing “luxury” about this hotel

The worst 4-star hotel we have ever experienced. There is nothing “luxury” about this hotel. The location is very good, but that is where the positives end. At best, the staff seem indifferent, and in many cases arrogant. Before our arrival, we asked three simple questions by email, but one of them was simply ignored. The receptionist appeared uninterested when we arrived. We booked half board, which I would not recommend. In a country with so much excellent food and so many skilled chefs, we have never experienced such poor quality. Some hot dishes were served lukewarm or even cold, the vegetables were completely overcooked, and the tiramisu was put out while still frozen. We also purchased drinks included with the meals, which turned out to mean that you can have either one bottle of wine or one large bottle of soft drink to share. If, for example, you want different soft drinks, this costs extra. This is misleading and was in no way clear when booking the stay. The waiters seem indifferent if you do not speak Italian. We booked a Deluxe room for four people. A very small Room, but clean. Two had normal beds, while the other two had a sofa bed, which is not unusual in itself. What is unusual is that the sofa bed was only approximately 170 cm long, meaning that two of us could not sleep fully stretched out. The room information on the website was insufficient.

Frühstück war gut alles Frisch sehr Nettes Personal. Zimmer ok ein wenig klein für 4 Personen Badezimmer klein vorallem die Dusche! Wir waren nur eine Nacht da

Albergo molto bello e curato

− Non mi è piaciuto il fatto che il parcheggio fosse a pagamento ....ad un prezzo anche secondo me elevato...l'albergo è bel centro ed è difficile trovare parcheggio...visto il tipo di albergo mi sembra una caduta di stile fare pagare ai propri clienti una cifra come 40 euro ...
