Water everywhere
1.0− Water everywhere!! Everything was flooded. When we got in the room we immediately saw that there were towels on the floor put from the staff under the AC and in the bathroom to get WATER from the floor. Our whole room was constantly with water. The cleaning lady was trying to get rid of the water but after a few hours we were stepping in water once again. The bathroom was clogged and you couldn't get a decent shower, because water was once again EVERYWHERE. The option for a double bed was actually two awful beds put together with a really uncomfortable frame in between. Even after we tried stopping the AC water was still going in the room from somewhere. Absolute water hell.
