Très belle piscine bien aménagée, avec salon d'été et service de bar. Hôtel bien placé, en bord de route mais calme. Accès en 15 min à Stresa et ses plages et bar restaurant, ainsi qu'à pied aux restaurants et villages à côté. Chambre agréable, climatisation. Bel hôtel avec cachet.

The hotel and staff were very nice, but the room and location were not as nice.

We loved the breakfast, the staff and our stay.

− What we didn't like was the location, we thought we had checked everything out before we came out there. So we thought there were buses or trains nearby and that we didn't need a car, but it is 100% necessary since you are not expected to walk anywhere. There aren't any sidewalks or places where you can walk into the town. There aren't any buses or trains around, and there is around 1,5 km to the next store or restaurant. We were also unlucky with the room, the shower head was broken in the shower, so it was stuck in the lowest position and the security box was also out of battery or broken. There were also so many insects and spider webs in the hotel stairs because they keep all the doors at the end of the hall open. So it's not like it's cleaned at all. And to sum everything up, we only managed to eat one night at the pizza restaurant next door, before it permanently shut down because of something. Two days later there was a moving van and police parked next door so there was something up with the restaurant. But even with a couple of faults, the staff, the breakfast and the pool were enough to make our stay worthwile.

he Receptionist was very friendly, the breakfastbuffet was ok, its nice that they have a pool got a room without a balkony at least there was e open emergency door right next to the room so i could go out to smoke, i smoked a lot because the room was not nice. The clima was also working fine. Sheets and towelbwas washed good

− The showerhandle was broken The power of the shower was very very weak There was mold(muffa) in the shower There were soooooo many stains on the walls ther was no wall without a stain Matress waa too hard and wobbely Its sad because the fixing would be very cheap for the most.
