Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. L'ambiente è curato, pulito e accogliente, con grande attenzione ai dettagli. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e professionale, facendomi sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Anche la cena ha superato le aspettative. La Fiorentina era davvero di ottima qualità, cotta alla perfezione e preparata con materie prime eccellenti. Il tutto a un prezzo più che onesto, con un rapporto qualità-prezzo davvero difficile da trovare. Consiglio assolutamente a chi soggiorna nella struttura. La posizione è ottima e i servizi offerti sono di qualità. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque sia alla ricerca di un soggiorno piacevole e senza pensieri. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

− L'unico piccolo suggerimento che mi sento di dare è quello di mettere a disposizione qualche bustina in più di detergente corpo/capelli. Nella nostra camera ce n'erano solo due, che possono risultare un po' poche per due persone. Per il resto, tutto è stato davvero impeccabile!

We had the pleasure of staying at Villa Rigacci for seven nights during our family trip to Tuscany, and without any doubt, it was one of the highlights of our entire vacation. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, we genuinely felt that we were not simply hotel guests—we felt like part of a family. Every member of the staff was exceptionally warm, kind, professional, and sincerely caring. Their hospitality was natural and heartfelt, making every interaction pleasant and memorable. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and their positive attitude made our stay truly special. The property itself is absolutely magical. Villa Rigacci beautifully preserves the charm and character of a centuries-old Tuscan villa while providing all the comfort and cleanliness expected from a modern boutique hotel. Walking through the building feels like stepping back 500 or 600 years into the history of Tuscany, yet everything is maintained to an impressively high standard. It is a rare combination of authentic history and modern comfort. Our room was immaculate. Every day it was cleaned with great attention to detail, and the level of housekeeping was outstanding. The room was comfortable, peaceful, elegant, and full of historical character without sacrificing convenience. The swimming pool deserves special recognition. It was crystal clear, exceptionally clean, and incredibly inviting, especially during the warm Tuscan summer. After spending the day exploring Florence and the surrounding countryside, returning to the pool was pure relaxation. Both my wife and my daughter Nora absolutely loved it, and it became one of our favorite parts of each day. Breakfast every morning was outstanding. The selection was generous, fresh, and beautifully presented, offering a wonderful variety of local products, pastries, fruits, cheeses, coffee, and many other delicious options.
