10.0My second stay here, I will stay here on each visit to Venice. Amazing location, very short walk to San Marco and not much further to the water taxi for the airport. Vito is an excellent member of staff but all are equally wonderful, friendly, helpful. Delicious treats and amazing toiletries in rooms on arrival, including toothbrush and shaving kit! Love this place!

10.0Don't let the exterior fool you. The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. They are small, but it is Venice. Walking distance to most attractions, and the STAFF is absolutely AMAZING! The location was quiet at night, and beds and bedding was great. Thank you Vito, and team for making our Venice trip so memorable. One thing to note...no elevator, but staff moved our luggage for us.

8.0Really great stay. 24hr reception and everything was walkable distance. The building is quite aged, but the bathroom was renovated. There is no elevator and quite a lot of steps to get to our room. However, the staff were really friendly and helped us with our luggage up and down the stairs.
