1.0− Unfortunately, we had a very unpleasant experience at breakfast. There were several cockroaches and insects on and around our table in the restaurant. This was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel. We informed the staff, but this situation seriously affected our overall impression of the hotel.
