7.0It was very close to Roma Termini and since we had a lot of time after checkout,the hotel offered to keep our luggage for free. The staff was helpful

2.0la verdad que la actitud tanto del pesonal de recepción como el del personal de limpieza deja muchísimo que desear aparte de su nulo interés por las necesidades de las personas que se están alojando

1.0No me gusto nada y mucho menos la atención que fue realmente pésima además de la limpieza que en nuestra habitación nos encontramos la ropa interior de otra persona usada y a saber desde cando en una esquina detrás de un sillón y al comunicárselo al de recepción le dio exactamente igual por no comentar que quedo con nosotros cuando llegásemos a roma y nos dejo esperando 8 horas en la calle
