9.0Als 1e een perfecte locatie trein, metro op 5 minuten loopafstand. En dan de geweldige service van een super vriendelijke en behulpzame Sergio! Wij waren er ivm de halve marathon van Rome en mochten op onze uitcheck dag de kamer nog zolang als nodig gebruiken! Dat was zo geweldig en wat een service daar kunnen veel hotels een voorbeeld aan nemen. Nogmaals super bedankt Sergio voor alle hulp. First of all, a perfect location—train and metro stations are just a 5-minute walk away. And then there’s the fantastic service from the incredibly friendly and helpful Sergio! We were there for the Rome Half Marathon, and on the day we checked out, we were allowed to keep using our room for as long as we needed! That was absolutely wonderful—the kind of service many other hotels could take as an example. Once again, a huge thank you to Sergio for all your support ❤️

9.0The property description was accurate. It is located close to the train station, restaurants and an easy walk to the major sights. Check-in was easy and Sergio is great.
− The shower is extremely small and you step up into it which could be a little difficult for those with mobility issues when stepping out of the shower. The water pressure is great though.
