10.0This hotel is stunning and the people working at the hotel are super kind and hospitable. They have a wonderful breakfast spread and a great appetizer hour if you select that option when you book. Anyone wanting a unique Venetian experience should book here. My group were all women and we all felt safe and taken care of. There are stairs but the staff took care off all of our bags. The room was a bit small but 100% worth the stay. The hotel is also clean. Again, can’t emphasize enough how kind all the staff were. Fantastic!!

9.0L'hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta per visitare i luoghi più importanti della città. La gentilezza del personale, la ricca colazione e la pulizia sono altri punti a favore. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo. Essendo un palazzo storico non c è ascensore e per salire ci sono scale un po" ripide, lo sapevamo e non è stato un problema.
