− Nei corridoi non c’era l’aria condizionatore. Però nella stanza tutto ok.

8.0Palazzo bello e antico. Reception piccola ma accogliente. Personale disponibile e sorridente. Bellissimo il pannelllo con le firme degli ospiti celebri passati nell'Hotel. Ristorante ampio e servizio al tavolo gradevole. Apertura porta con scheda rapida (1/2 secondo). Stanza singola con spazi perfettamente sfruttati e ottimizzati. OK Cassaforte. Doccia ampia e con flusso ben caldo. Ottima posizione prese elettriche per alimentazione pc e caricabatterie. Parcheggio facile (fortuna?) proprio di fronte all'hotel. Ottimo includere le informazioni wi-fi, centralino, etc sul cartoncino portascheda della stanza.
− Wi-Fi appena sufficiente (25 MB/s), In stanza singola accanto al letto assenza di mensola per appoggiare telecomando o telefono. Stanza singola angusta. In bagno solo sapone, shampoo e cuffia doccia. Accanto o sopra il lavandino non c'è dove appoggiare a vista gli oggetti da toletta. Ragazze alla reception da formare maggiormente per informazioni su eventuali attrazioni turistiche nei dintorni e a Ravenna.
