5.0The room was clean and comfortable. The bedding and towels were clean.
− The room was in a quiet location which was great, however, being in the basement meant the water/drains smelled a little like sewage. In the night water started gushing through the light fixture in the bathroom. I attempted to call reception and couldn't get through. I went to the desk and a staff member came to see. Evidently someone's bath/shower overflowed from upstairs and this had apparently happened before! Eventually they cleaned the water and removed the bulbs from the light fixture as I was blvery concerned especially having children with me. They offered me 2 double rooms instead, but as the family didn't want to be split up, we stayed.

8.0Mycket bra traditionell engelsk frukost som man beställde vid bordet plus en buffé med bröd, pålägg, frukt, kaffe, flingor, mjölk och yoghurt. Lugnt, vackert läge nära både tåg, buss och underground.
− Rummen var små och trånga. Det kan vara ett problem att hiss saknas.
