10.0The concierge was incredibly helpful for us Air France had lost our luggage then my wife became sick and he was so helpful found a doctor to come to the hotel and constantly chased Air France for our luggage they are very lucky to have someone like him to take care of their guests
Well located boutique hotel - a destination in its own right
9.0Great location on the left bank in an historic building full of character. Staff were friendly and attentive.
− Struggle to get in & out of bath safely. It's obviously difficult to have a grip handle in the marble but maybe a cord/rope from the ceiling would work and a step on the floor?

Far from perfect but still beautiful hotel.
8.0Loved the location, the staff, the architecture and layout of the hotel and It's lobby. The breakfast was great and the service was great. The music playing in the hotel bar was great. Our room was perfect for me and my mom.
− The hotel needs a design refresh to regain the cult status it had in the early 2000s. Much of the furniture feels old and worn, with some sofas even ripped. The pool and sauna areas also have a moldy smell that reaches the lobby, which isn’t a great first impression. But after a while, you get used to its imperfections and start to love the hotel for what it is. It’s not perfect, and somehow that becomes part of its charm.
