10.0Charming old building near the Amphitheatre (as you'd expect). Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room on ground floor. Only problem was lack of storage: a short hanging rail but no drawers or cupboards, which would have been awkward if we'd been staying for longer than two nights. Good breakfast with particularly good coffee.

6.0The hotel was a great location, but rooms smelled like mildew, don’t know if that’s because the building is so old or what. The bed was just ok and there was hardly any storage for clothes etc. we stayed in room 3 so maybe other rooms were better, but we had friends staying in another room and they also didn’t have much storage either. Loved Arles, but would stay somewhere else next time.
