8.0The location was great right another Spanish Steps and very walkable to the sites. Staff was always reachable and breakfast was good each day. Bed was comfortable and gave a good night sleep, nice to have an actual king without the split middle.

9.0The house manager was wonderful and made great morning cappuccino for the guests. She even provided gluten free bread. The location close to the Spanish Steps and walking distance to many restaurants and popular sites. Bed and linens were plush. Nicely decorated and maintained room.
− I didn’t realize the room wasn’t in a hotel with evening check-in which meant we had to walk 10 minutes to a sister hotel to pickup the keys. Also there were a number of stairs that couldn’t be avoided with the small elevator.
