9.0The location was excellent, staff was wonderful and very accomodating. We did not participate in breakfast. overall a wonderful experience, and my 4th stay at this location.
− The only issue we had was the high bathtub which was difficult to manage but the staff moved us to a room with a walk in shower which was great.

Rebooked me & never refunded
1.0− The property rebooked me last minute to a different hotel. They left a message when I was on my flight there. Fine. Whatever. But not ideal, especially since they didn’t tell me the name of the new hotel in the message they left. We only had one night in Paris and were stuck at the airport waiting for someone to email us the address of the other hotel. I had to pay for the new hotel when I arrived there even though I had already pre-paid $400 for this hotel. Biggest issue is that it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t refunded me the cost of the stay. They claim they processed it days ago but I’m always immediately notified when a credit is being processed so they lied. Now I have to dispute it with my bank. Super fun. Don’t stay here unless you want to deal with a hassle like this.

5.0Their breakfast was very nice and the young man doing the breakfast was exceptionally kind and considerate
− The room was not updated, the bed was uncomfortable, the room was very small, there were some small spiders in the room, and the housekeeping staff was incompetent. There was a light out, which was reported the second or third day and never got replaced.
