10.0The service was exceptional, rooms were amazing and a great area to stay - just what we wanted for our stay in Paris. Hotel stay called you by name and offered drinks and nibbles in the lounge - small things which take your stay to the next level.

9.0The location was perfect. The rooms were clean and cleaned daily. The reception staff were very friendly, kind, and helpful. We also appreciated the lovely welcome treats of macarons and orange juice in our room. Having an iron in the room was another nice convenience. It was also great that we could leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out and collect it later.
− The hotel could benefit from some refurbishment. The elevator was very small, with enough space for only two people without luggage.

7.0Breakfast room was too small but food was enough and delicious. Overall breakfast ist 8/10 For airport transfer subway was just around the corner, it was convenient. It was easy to walk to saint germain.

10.0Staff is wonderful. Dennis, the concierge was one of the kindest and most helpful people I have ever met in my travels. The location was perfect. Easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions. Notre Dame right down the street. Louvre a short walk.
− Rooms are very small. Elevator is tiny. My wife and I had to pretty much be hugging each other to ride together. Suitcase will not fit, but bell services will happily bring it right up to your room while you ride the lift.
