Świetny hotel i bardzo miła obsługa.
10.0Znakomite śniadania, bardzo duży wybór świezych produktów, zarówno na słodko jak i na wytrawnie. Pyszna kawa z ekspresu, dostępna przez caly dzień (herbata i owoce również). Przemili pracownicy, zarówno na recepcji jak i obługa sprzatająca pokoje, bardzo pomocni i życzliwi. Pokój był nieduzy, ale zapewniał wszystko czego potrzeba (czajnik i małą lodówkę, suszarkę do włosów itp). Zgłoszony rano zapchany zlew w umywalce po paru godzianach był naprawiony - błyskawiczna reakcja. W łazience był szampon z odżywką, mydło i żel pod prysznic. Bardzo dobra i bezpieczna lokalizacja - można było pieszo dojść do głównych zabytków miasta. Świetnie, że hotel ma windę. Bardzo polecam pobyt w tym hotelu.

7.0Adorei a localização, perto de tudo, metrô, mercadinhos, restaurantes legais. O hotel oferece café, nescau, cappuccino de graça. Camas e travesseiros confortáveis, tem geladeira no quarto.
− O quarto é super apertado, mal cabem duas malas grandes. Quando tomamos banho, como só tem meia porta de vidro, molha tudo fora e a limpeza deixou um pouco a desejar.

4.0The staff and location
− The room was tiny, noisy and breakfast limited. I asked the hotel to organise transport to the airport and they booked a driver that would only take cash and would not provide a receipt
Very clean with great staff in a prime location.
10.0The facility seems new and very clean. Rooms are small however has all you need other than a kitchen. Bathroom was extremely clean like everything else in the room.
− There is a train noise, heard more in the evenings. Didnt bother me but worth a mention.
