4.0− Didn’t feel safe in my room, no key required to access the lift. (Yes there are reception staff available however reading other reviews my concerns were valid considering staff have been found sleeping on the sofa at night and another individual had their room robbed with a stolen key card.) Someone opened my door while I was in the shower at mid day, no knock with do not disturb on the handle (room had already been made up that morning not sure what the need was to come inside.) Returned to room on another occasion with an unknown male in the room who staff later advised they were changing something on the door. No attempt to let me know this was happening prior. This is an unsettling feeling as a solo female traveller. Odour from the drains. Noisy at night, I could hear the person in the room above me using the toilet in the middle of the night…
