7.0I think the only really good thing about this property is its location. It’s literally right next to Gran Vía, on a street full of shops, with another street just behind it packed with all kinds of places to eat, from local Spanish food to international cuisine. You walk down to Gran Vía, keep going, and before you know it, you’re at Puerta del Sol. The location is truly top-tier, right in the heart of the city. Considering the amazing location, I’d say the price I paid for five nights was fair. Despite being right in the city center, the room was surprisingly quiet, and the bed was comfortable.
− Facilities, its a really old building, and it shows in their bathrooms, bathroom was so uncomfortable there was and old bidet 1 cm in front it the toilet, and the shower cord was also uncomfortable, there was like 3 power plugs and that is really uncomfortable when the reservation is for more than 1 person. Luckily there was an elevator to the hotel lobby but stairs to the room. But the cleaning lady with kinda blonde hair she was so rude, we had and incident in the shower and the floor was flooded in water, and she could have told me about it in a nicer way and no when I was going out and there was people around, really really rude not hospitality found in her
